We are always eager to grow the Fletcher Animal Hospital family! 


With a welcoming and friendly smile from our receptionist, we will usher you to an examination room as quickly as possible. Typically, you will be greeted by our Veterinary Technicians who will do any techinical procedures and gather information for the vet. One of our veterinarians will see you next, who will exam your pet, answer any questions you may have, diagnose, and proceed with treatment as needed.  One of our staff members will handle billing and scheduling. All of our staff members hold interdisciplinary skills, and are more than happy to help you at all times.

Payment Policy

Our payment policy requires payment at time of serivce. We accept all major credit cards, and cash. Personal checks are accepted upon Dr. Galligan's approval. We accept CareCredit as well. Various forms of pet insurance require you to pay, then file a claim. We can fax or email any required information to any insurance company.

Deposits may be required before any major surgery, and emergencies. All inquires about payment are to be directed to Dr. Galligan before service.

Oral estimates for service are not completely accurate. Only written estimates will be honored. We will be glad to give a written estimate. 


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned instances occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Our doctors and staff members want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. For these circumstances, we are enforcing a policy of terminating clients who exceed 3 or more no-show appointments. We will keep records of any client who fails to appear to their scheduled appointment, and does not contact our office. As of this time, there will be no charge for any failed appointments.

Here at Fletcher Animal Hospital, new clients recieve a free exam. Any technical procedures are not included. Please call us if you have any questions about this policy.

You may call to make an appointment today, or schedule online in advance. You may also fill out our New Client Form ahead of time to reduce waiting time.

Please also send us any medical records you may have on hand in advance for your pet via email, or inform a staff member if they need to contact a facility for previous medical history.
